European Commission Platform for Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission Platform provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution. You can find this platform under the following link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Tripping does not participate in, or is obliged to participate in, an online dispute resolution before a consumer dispute resolution institution.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1. General
(1) Casamundo GmbH, operating under its brand Tripping (hereafter referred to as "Tripping"), provides a technical interface that enables commercial and private providers of accommodation (hereafter referred to as “Providers”), to place offers of holiday apartment or overnight stay accommodation in a database that can be linked with the Providers’ various booking websites. Users seeking accommodation (hereafter referred to as “Users”) shall be granted access to this database via www.trippingremote.com and directed to the website of the Provider of the holiday apartment or overnight accommodation in order to carry out the booking process.
(2) These terms and conditions regulate the use of the database via the aforementioned Tripping websites and include access from mobile websites and any application (“App”) developed by Tripping as well as any portals or applications for mobile devices provided by third parties. These terms and conditions apply exclusively; Tripping rejects the application of any alternative terms and conditions imposed by the User.
(3) The usage of all websites operated by Tripping and the provided data bases („Our Website“) is only permitted for private use. A commercial usage of Our Website is explicitly prohibited. Our Website is not to be used for false, fraudulent or speculative reservations, neither for reservations to cover future demand. By using Our Website you confirm to abstain from the following actions and measures without previous written consent by Tripping:
2. Account Registration:
1.You must be at least 22 years old to create an account on Tripping
2.Each phone number can only be registered to one account.
3.Do not rebind the same wallet to another platform account, as appropriate action will be taken.
4.Keep your account and withdrawal password confidential! The platform will not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized access
5. Please be sure to use the same address for any recharge or withdrawal, if you need to change please be sure to contact customer service to ask for permission
3.Platform Usage:
1. The system randomly allocated deals, and once allocated, changes, cancellations, or abandonment of jobs are strictly prohibited.
2. Any inappropriate use of the account will result in legal action.
3. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
4. The platform may require additional verification steps, such as identity verification or address verification, before allowing users to use certain features.
5. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.
6. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account and using the platform.
7. The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to certain features or services if the user violates any of the terms and conditions.
8. Users must agree to receive communication from the platform, including message and notification regarding their account and Deals
4.Deal:
1. Ensure that all Deals have been fully deals before you can withdraw or reset your account.
2. Account with a balance of less than $50 cannot deals. Ensure that you have a balance of at least $50 before deals any jobs. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.
3. Deals must be completed within one day of acceptance. If unable to complete within one day, inform live support immediately.
4. All exchange rates will follow the regulation of the platform's financial department, and there will be different exchange rates every minute
5.Liability And Disputes:
1. The platform is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform or any deals through the platform.
2. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary funds in their account to complete any deals they accept.
3. The platform is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from the user's failure to complete deals or from any unauthorized access to the user's account.
4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected or engaging in fraudulent activity.
6.Modifications And Termination:
1. The platform reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
2. The platform may terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.
3. The platform may charge fees for certain services or features, and users will be notified of any such fees before they are incurred.
7.Governing Law And Jurisdiction:
1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tripping is registered.
2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction where Tripping is registered.
3.We provide the Services for private use. Any commercial use of the Services by you requires our prior written consent, and our liability for such commercial use falls outside the scope of these Terms.
4.These terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under law.
5.Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Tripping . By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
